Daniela Menendez Prieto graduated in architecture from the faculty of architecture of the Central University of Venezuela (1992) with a “Magna Cum Laude” mention, has Master in Architecture and Applied Arts and a PhD in architecture from the University of Geneva. In parallel, she pursued additional education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Caracas and obtained a Master in Esthetics and Art History at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia. She is working since 1997 as an independent architect with projects in Switzerland and abroad. She partnered in 2005 with Pablo del Rio Estrada and founded in 2007 md architectes sàrl.

Pablo del Rio Estrada graduated in architecture from the Architecture Institute of the University of Geneva (1997) and graduated in Civil Engineering from the  Ecole d’Ingénieurs of Geneva (1990). Pablo del Rio has worked in Geneva in different practices specialised in the high standing residential market and prestigious projects in Switzerland and abroad. He was the director of the AAA architect studio and as a director responsible for the Real Estate development of SuissePromotions Immobilier SA a Genève. He partnered in 2005 with Daniela Menendez Prieto and founded in 2007 md architectes sàrl.
